To your top four list (Pelé, Maradona, di Stéfano & Eusébio), I would add Johan Cruyff and Ferenc Puskas as an untouchable top six. Well, just not as famous with not footballers Zidane is my favorite and he should be around where he is but some little higher.

I think Zidane deserves a spot on the list, after all he carried France to the world cup in '98, by then he was just a ticking bomb waiting to explode.

I agree about the brits, for creating the sport they are not very good at it lol. Platini, Best & Van Basted belong here but you are right, no way they are better than Alfredo dí Stefano or Eusébio. Platini, Best and Van Basten are overrated on your list and many of the Brits do not belong there. That shold qualify him for this great list!
